Designed for late-identified Autistic adults, this downloadable e-booklet is written by an AuDHD counsellor and educator from a radically neurodivergence-affirming viewpoint.
This 10-page booklet contains:
– information on the autonomic nervous system, polyvagal theory, threat responses, and the impact of chronic dysregulation
– one activity to use with clients to help them learn to identify their nervous system states
– one activity to use with clients to help them identify glimmers (the opposite of triggers)
– a list of resources for further exploration
