This searchable database of neurodiversity-affirmative neurodivergent counsellors is provided as a free service to the neurodivergent community in British Columbia.
To search: click on the magnifying glass button, then choose your search parameters. If you want to filter by more than one option within a category, click on the category again and choose another option. You’ll see all of your search options at the bottom of the search pop-up. If your search isn’t returning many options, try reducing your search parameters. Listings are in randomized order.
To add a new profile: if you are a neurodiversity-affirming counsellor in BC with lived experience of neurodivergence, you are welcome to add your information to this database by clicking the “Add” button. It takes about 10 minutes to create a new profile. To edit an existing profile, click the “Edit” button. There is no fee to be listed. New profiles are subject to moderator approval.
Neurodivergent Counselling Services has no affiliation with the counsellors named here and we do not financially profit from referrals found through this service. We take no responsibility for the experience you may have with anyone on this list, so please trust yourself if someone doesn’t feel like the right fit for you. While all counsellors on this directory are asked about their relationship with neurodiversity-affirmation, we cannot guarantee that all are truly neurodiversity-affirmative.
